Yes, depending on your location and transaction type, we may offer remote online notarization (RON) or mobile closing services to make the process more convenient.

Buyers:

  • A valid form of government issued identification (Driver’s license, State ID, Passport, etc.)
  • Funds for purchase/closing costs (Please call your lender or speak to a Title One team member for your closing costs).
  • Any additional documents that are required for your specific transaction (Examples: Certificate of Trust, POA, etc.)

Sellers:

  • A valid form of government issued identification (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, etc.)
  • Social Security Number(s) or Tax ID number.
  • If wiring proceeds, bank account information (ABA routing number, account number etc.).
  • Any additional documents required for your specific transaction (Examples: POA, Death Certificate(s), Certificate of Trust, etc.).

On closing day, the final steps of the real estate transaction are completed, and ownership of the property is officially transferred from the seller to the buyer.

  • Buyer to bring total funds to close to the table.
  • Buyer and seller will sign closing documents.
  • Once all documents are signed and all funds are received, proceeds will be issued to the seller. The buyer will receive a deed from the seller and have full ownership of the property.
